About
Offline Pocket started as a shared spreadsheet between three friends who kept losing signal on trains and wanted something to do besides refresh a dead feed. It grew into a small editorial project focused on one narrow thing: mobile games that genuinely run without an internet connection.,We buy or download every game ourselves and actually finish a decent chunk of them before writing a word. If a title claims to be offline but nags you for a connection every ten minutes, we say so. Nobody here writes about a game they haven't held in their hands for at least a few hours.,Picking what to cover is simple in principle and messy in practice. We look for games that respect your time, load fast, and hold up on older hardware. Genre doesn't matter much — a tidy puzzle deserves the same attention as a sprawling RPG, as long as it works on the go.,The site stays deliberately small. We'd rather publish one honest review a week than flood the page with reworded press blurbs. If you've found us, you probably care about the same thing we do: something good to play when the bars drop to zero.
